Recent Project Highlights
Oracle Cloud Financials Lead
(E-Discovery)
Served as the team lead for the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Our team delivered this project on-time meeting the client's aggressive timelines. The modules that I had direct responsibility for implementing included General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Project Foundation and Intercompany. While the project itself included HCM, Payroll, Procurement and FCCS. The solution encompassed 20 Business Units across APAC, EMEA and North America.

Oracle EBS Implementation Project Suites Lead
(Oil and Gas)
With this project we moved the client from AX Dynamics to Oracle 12.1.6. We directly oversaw the implementation of the Oracle Projects Suite which included developing an innovative drilling rig-based billing system which was then rolled out to entities in LATAM and EMEA. This Project was a highly visible successful project for the client. The efficiencies gained have helped them make better decisions and collect relevant data in the recently volatile Oi/Gas industries.

This project was especially interesting as we worked with a client and consulting team to implement efficient processes for tracking cross border shipments into Mexico as the company expanded operations. This required detailed analysis of local requirements, logistical tracking for consumable products, and detailed financial reporting all while retrofitting required functionality to an older heavily customized version of Oracle ERP
Process Design - International Shipping

This project involved implementing Oracle and our internally developed US Process model to the international subsidiaries. The complexity of this project was in navigating the legal, local and financial requirements involved with the shipping of large scale assets for deployment by legal entities in other countries. We were able to assist the client in automating this process and providing visibility in inventory tracking as well as in financial reporting
